Role Summary Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Training Provided. You will be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn’t think were possible without surgery, owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long‑term results. Responsibilities Your patient’s full clinical journey – from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Conduct consultations and design individualized treatment plans. Document accurately in the custom EMR built for LaserAway. Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor. You will work in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day, running up to three assigned locations within a 30‑mile radius, and consistently practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. Track A – Clinical Background Current RN license (state‑issued). 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg). Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided. Track B – Aesthetics Background Current RN license (state‑issued). 2+ years in aesthetics practice. Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path. Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered. Weekend and evening availability required . Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
