Job Title: Hospice CNA | More Time with Patients. Less Time Rushed.

Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus

Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time staff

Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend rotation

Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  
• Promote comfort while observing and reporting changes in condition.
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
  
• Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
  
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and attention to detail.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Current Minnesota CNA certification.
  
• Hospice experience preferred, with home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospital, or oncology experience also welcomed.
  
• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
