This role will focus on maintaining certification and recertification records in a complex learning management system. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality assurance, fulfillment, and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner.Duties/Responsibilities:Interacts professionally with internal and external contactsServes as a point of contact for members and agencies for certification guidance, ensuring that IAED policies and standards are met and upheldEnters all certification and recertification dataQuality assures all data entered by identifying and correcting discrepanciesClarifies discrepancies with training officers or supervisors as neededPrioritizing, organizing, and completing multiple tasks/projects within assigned timelines, with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and follow throughTracks shipping dates, certification processing dates, and waiversRecords notes of all transactions that occurFiles and archives documentsAssists with inventoryGenerates Quality Assurance Guide rental contractsOther duties as assignedQualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:At least 1 year of data entry experience is requiredExperience with fulfillment, shipping, and inventory is preferred but not requiredExcellent organizational skills, strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications, and a strong commitment to customer serviceExcellent history of longevity in previous positions of employmentMust have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacyDemonstrates self-motivation and high initiative with sharp attention to detail while multitasking under tight deadlinesMust have the ability to learn new computer systems and adapt to change quicklyProficient with Microsoft Office 365, SmartsheetExhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mailMust work independently at times as well as follow specific directions to meet team goals and deadlinesEssential Job Functions:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerEntering and checking data for long periods of timeCommunication in person, over the phone and in virtual meeting settingsProblem-solvingConcentrating for long periods of timeMust be able to occasionally lift and carry 10-25 poundsThe AcademyEqual Opportunity Employer.
