Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Label, organize, and store products in designated locations Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
