The Childcare Teacher plays a vital role in fostering the social development of children within a medium-sized group. Reporting directly to the Center Director, this position requires dedication to creating a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that supports the growth of children's social skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons focused on social skills development
• Supervise children consistently to ensure safety and positive interactions
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and center policies
• Organize classroom materials and environment to support learning and engagement

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in childcare
