Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Leasing Agent to assist with leasing and help increase occupancy.
Responsibilities:Answer and follow up with leasing leads
Schedule and conduct apartment tours
Follow up with prospects after tours
Process rental applicationsAssist with applicant screening and documentation
Prepare leases and move-in paperwork
Coordinate move-insMaintain accurate prospect and resident records
Assist with marketing available units and leasing specials
Provide professional customer service to prospects and residents
Qualifications:Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Professional and dependable
Basic computer skillsYardi experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet leasing goals
Position: Temporary / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturdays by appointment as needed
Compensation: Hourly pay plus move-in commission
Please note: This is a temporary position and does not include employee benefits.
