Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Palo Alto, California. This role involves providing hands-on, evidence-based patient care within the scope of practice defined by the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory standards, and hospital policies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift is scheduled for nights.

Job Details:

• Location: Palo Alto, California
• Schedule: Nights, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Night shift)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license; Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides comprehensive patient care, collaborates with the healthcare team, teaches patients and families, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. The role requires quick problem-solving, emergency protocol activation, and leadership in the professional practice setting.
