TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Eureka, California, 95501!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:00–06:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients, including high-risk OB cases and a culturally diverse population
• Circulate on cesarean sections as required
• Manage patient care across an average daily census of 15–20 patients
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities nearby to meet staffing needs, within scope of practice
• Work weekends and two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid, in-hand California RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Willingness to float within hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and required holidays
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience strongly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are also encouraged to apply
