Human Capital Manager

You will prep and review equity transactions, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure SOX controls are met while supporting global equity reporting. The role requires 5+ years in equity administration, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/automation skills. A CEP designation is preferred.
