Job Description: Interventional Radiology Tech - Days*Must have ARRT*Years of experience: 2 Interventional Radiology *First-timers accepted: YWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? YOpen to accommodating block scheduling?Locals accepted: No - 50-mile radius rule from the main campus (Cape Fear Valley Medical Center)Pending License accepted: NRTO Restrictions: per manager's discretionGuaranteed Hours: call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment. Once that is met all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed.Special Requirements:- Return Staff Policy: Have to be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.- System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once) then has to be gone for 6 months to return.* Please provide interview availability upon submission

Job Requirements & Qualifications:State or compact licensure EPIC experience required for all RN specialtiesCertifications:IR Techs only - must have an ACLS prior to start and must pass EKG ExamLab Requirement: Laboratory workers must have a diploma or transcript as part of compliance. No exceptions.Local Rules Locals are not accepted within 50 miles of Main campus (Cape Fear Valley Medical Center)References not required at time of submittalCandidate may float within hospital or sister campus depending on bookingBackground and License hits: No hits will be approved that occurred within the last year.Return Staff Policy (gone 1 yr to return as traveler)Extensions: Facility has a 2 contract limit for days and a 3 contract limit for nights. After reaching extension limits, travelers must wait 6 months before being eligible to reapply as a travelerIf your traveler is in any of the following specialties, please note they will need to pass an Advanced EKG exam as a part of compliance: ED, Peds ED, Psych ED, ICUs, PACU, RTs, Step Down, Tele, Ms/Tele, HRSHExtensions: Travelers may only extend once if they are on day shift. If they are on night shift they can extend twice. Only exception for this rule is Radiology.Compliance Note: vaccine exemption requests must be sent ASAP to avoid delays. Travelers cannot start with pending approval.Modules:Modules are non-billable, 4-10 hoursModules are completed pre-start
