Your Role Support community operations by assisting with billing, collections, payroll, and other administrative functions, while providing excellent service to residents and team members. Support cash control processes, including depositing receipts, posting payments, and monitoring petty cash. Maintain accurate resident billing and collection records, responding to resident inquiries with professionalism and care. Compile information for weekly reports and assist with financial tracking systems. Assist with payroll, employee benefits, new hire paperwork, and other human resources administrative processes as needed. Support the preparation and maintenance of resident files, team member records, and community reports. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. One to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and basic office software. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
