Job Details: Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm / CST Location: Rogers, AR 72758 Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 12 Week/s Pay: $21.50 - 23.05/hour (Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.)Key Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and adult blood collections.Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens while maintaining specimen integrity.Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation.Provide excellent patient care while following HIPAA, safety, and infection-control protocols.Requirements:1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
