POSITION SUMMARY Coordinates totalnursing care for patient assignment, participates in patient and familyteaching and provides leadership by working collaboratively with otherdisciplines on the rehabilitation team in maintaining optimal standards ofpatient care.Supervises and delegates appropriate functions to theLPNs and Medical Day Assistants.Ensures that delegated functionsare appropriately carried out; may be designated as charge nurse.
