Senior Reliability Engineer

Reference: PR/607385_1788186668Senior Reliability EngineerA leading manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to support equipment reliability, asset performance, and long-term operational stability within a large-scale production environment. This role will partner closely with maintenance and operations teams to improve uptime, support capital projects, and drive reliability-focused initiatives across the facility.What You'll DoSupport capital projects ranging from small equipment improvements to investments exceeding $1M, ensuring reliability and maintainability are incorporated into equipment and process design.Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, serving as an equipment subject matter expert when appropriate.Contribute to plant-wide reliability strategies focused on equipment uptime, operational stability, and continuous improvement.Provide technical support for site projects, equipment installation activities, and compliance initiatives involving OSHA, ASME, NFPA, and Process Safety Management (PSM).Key QualificationsEngineering experience within a manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of chemical unit operations and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred but not required.BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus bonus opportunity.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Paid time off, holidays, and additional wellness-related benefits.Career growth opportunities within a global manufacturing organization investing in its operations and people.
