Store Manager – Purple Carpet (Miami, FL) Full-Time | In-Store | $50K–$60K Base + Monthly Bonuses Your Role You'll lead the store, the team, and the vibe. That means driving sales, motivating staff, keeping the visuals on point and using social media to amplify the brand. From stories and reels to in-store activations and promo drops, youll help shape how Purple Carpet shows up online and in the community. What You’ll Do - Provide personalized, next-level customer service - Hire, train, and hold staff accountable for performance - Run day-to-day operations with discipline and energy - Merchandise the store and create an engaging visual experience - Manage POS systems, cash, inventory, and loss prevention - Set and hit monthly and daily sales goals - Use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more to drive sales, promo events, and brand awareness - Collaborate with our creative team to amplify in-store marketing efforts What You Need - 3+ years of management experience in retail (fashion preferred) - Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results - Strong tech and social media skills (posting, stories, reels, hashtags, etc.) - Love for fashion, music, urban culture, and whats trending - Sharp communication and organizational skills - A natural leader who leads from the front and gets things done - Energetic, stylish, reliableand in tune with today's customers Compensation & Perks - Base Salary: $50,000 $60,000 (based on experience) - Monthly Bonuses: Based on year-over-year sales growth - Employee Discount: 30 to 40% off all clothing - 401(k) with company match - Health Insurance Options - Leadership training and mentorship - Consistent schedules and livable work weeks - Career growth in a high-visibility fashion business Please do not apply if - You dont use social media or understand how it drives retail today - You've never managed a retail team - You're uncomfortable working in a young, urban fashion environment - You avoid accountability, energy, or customer engagement - You're looking to sit in the back instead of lead from the front
