Thank you for your interest in working with Lawley Automotive Center! We're seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our Collision Center. Our company values family. We are closed on Sundays so that our employees can spend time enjoying personal endeavors. Sierra Vista is a temperate climate, 10 to 15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix, perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities. Our company values community. Job Breakdown As a team member, you may be the upbeat and pleasant voice who greets our customers when they need to schedule service, and you may be the one to cash them out when their vehicle repairs are completed. Friendly and professional customer service, as well as strong organizational skills are essential in this important support role. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry, but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality. What We Offer

- Help maintain safety with an organized and clean service reception area
- Organize and file service documents
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Cashier and assist the customer with final billing.
- Answer the incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet every customer with a smile and enthusiasm.
