Director of Rehab (DOR)

Citrus Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a (RPT) Physical Therapist, (OTR) Occupational Therapist or (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist) to join our team as Director of Rehab!

Summary of the Director of Rehab (DOR)

To support our growth and commitment to quality care, we are actively seeking an experienced Director of Rehab to join our team’s in-house team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Director of Rehab (DOR)

• Supervise and staff all members of the rehab team

• Attend all meetings as indicated by the administrator

• Assist in developing and implementing new programs as needed

• Ensure screening policies are operating and compliant

• Ensure documentation is completed promptly

• Ensure rehab staff compliance with all policies and procedures

Job Requirements of the Director of Rehab (DOR)

• Current Florida license in one of the following disciplines:

  (RPT) Physical Therapist

  (OTR) Occupational Therapist

  (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist

• Must have current CPR

• At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience
