This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.The Professional Practice Model graphic and Duffy's caring factors are attached.We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse for our **3 North**unit for our 3 North unit at Moffitt Cancer Center Magnolia. This 22‐bed tele med‐surg unit with all private rooms. Our patient population ranges from young adults to older adults, and we care for two specialty groups: NucRad patients, who receive IV nuclear medicine treatments for ocular melanoma and Brachy patients, who receive pinpointed radiation therapy and typically have a short length of stay.Overall, our patients are those undergoing treatment who’ve experienced a setback and need additional support. This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.**The Ideal Candidate*** The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:* 1 year of inpatient hospital experience* Medical Surgery experience as a registered nurse**Credentials and Qualifications:** * **Bachelor's Degree in Science of Nursing*** In lieu of Bachelors, an **Associate's degree in Nursing** plus **1 year** of relevant experience may be considered* Preferred Education-Master's Degree* Registered Nurse (RN) RN-Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of FL, or a valid Multi-State privilege to practice in FL (must declare FL as primary State of residence within 30 days from date of hire if licensed in another eNLC compact state with multi-state privileges)* Basic Life Support (BLS)**Minimum Experience Required:*** Refer to RN Clinical Ladder for level requirements.**Salary Range**$36.63 - $54.93*Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
