Food Production AssociateProduction Associate – Food ManufacturingMidway Staffing is hiring reliable and hardworking Production Associates for a food manufacturing facility in Akron, OH. This is a fast-paced production environment focused on packaging and manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for candidates who are dependable, have excellent attendance, enjoy working as part of a team, and are comfortable in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.Location: Akron, OH Start Date: August 17, 2026 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday/Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Actual start and end times will vary based on production demands. Overtime Mandatory. Employees must be available to work extended hours, weekends, and additional shifts as needed to meet production schedules.
