Retail Media Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will combine technical savvy with a strong ownership mindset to directly impact the profitability of a multi-national e-commerce leader. Your Responsibilities You implement campaigns and promotions to generate online sales and expand additional channels like Retail Media to achieve our revenue targets You coordinate collaboration with other channels, specialist departments (e.g., Legal, Accounting, CRM, Data & BI), and external partners to maximize PC3 You ensure the accuracy of Retail Media reporting across all data sources and take responsibility for precise billing You make data-driven decisions, identify priority sellers, and develop new assets based on business cases You onboard new sellers to our Ads Platform, create campaign plans, and drive process automation as well as the further development of our portfolio You conduct A/B tests for new strategies and features to continuously optimize our Ads Platform Your Profile You have a deep technical understanding and are confident in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Ads Platforms You have experience creating reports in Tableau and are skilled in data analysis and processing You possess a strong "ownership" mentality, are persistent, and bring high innovative power You communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners You work in a structured manner and document processes and decisions diligently in Confluence Fluency in English is required; German is aplus What we offer you Your impact The chance to make an impact in a highly motivated team of professionals An open-minded culture ready to incorporate new and creative ideas Your growth Mentoring and support from experienced colleagues Extensive learning opportunities from our home24 academy and external partners Room for growth and development within your role through regular feedback rounds Your path Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode.
