Behavior Analyst

Hope Network is seeking a compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and use data-driven decision making to support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, train caregivers and direct care staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
