Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist - REMOTE

Accountabilities Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs. Negotiate favorable terms and manage long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Procure a wide range of goods and services, including IT equipment, professional services, and facilities management. Conduct rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions. Optimize spending and contribute to significant cost savings through effective sourcing strategies. Improve supplier relationships by maintaining clear and effective communication. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required) 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required) Expertise in negotiating terms and managing contracts with suppliers (Required) Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies (Required) Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required) Benefits Competitive base salary and compensation package.
