Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign‑on bonus: up to $30,000 available in select locations. Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
