Position Description

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an In-State Title Processor to join our team.

As a Title Processor, your responsibilities will include: receive, quality check, and scan original paperwork for processing title perfections, plates, and registrations for Indiana deals. Process the request in the IN BMV system/STARS, meeting all BMV guidelines. Create billing for all transactions.

Training

3 weeks, on-the-job training

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficiency with computer software and the ability to adapt quickly to new applications and changes
• BMV experience preferred
