What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the collision center, providing friendly and professional service Answer phone calls and schedule repair appointments, coordinating with technicians and insurance representatives Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, parts orders, and customer communications in the management system Prepare work orders and update customers on the status of their collision repairs Assist with insurance claim documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner Coordinate vehicle rentals and shuttle services for customers during repair periods Support the collision center team with administrative tasks to help ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in computer applications and office software Excellent communication and customer service abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork Prior experience in an automotive or clerical role is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lou Fusz Automotive Network
