We're seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. Experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Patient Experience
✔ Warmly greet and check in/out patients
✔ Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
✔ Verify insurance benefits and process claims
✔ Explain treatment plans and financial options
Practice Operations
✔ Maintain organized patient records (HIPAA compliant)
✔ Handle phone inquiries and patient communications
✔ Process payments and manage accounts receivable
✔ Support office marketing and recall systems
Team Collaboration
✔ Work closely with clinical staff for seamless patient flow
✔ Participate in team meetings and training
✔ Contribute ideas to improve practice operations

full-time $23 - $28 per hour

Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM

2+ years dental front office experience
Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Strong insurance verification and billing knowledge
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Experience with treatment plan presentations
Knowledge of dental terminology
Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
