Full time registered nurse emergency department : night shift

1+ years of recent inpatient/acute care RN experience strongly preferred. 1+ years of recent RN experience in any of the following will be considered: Med/Surg, ICU, L&D, NICU, PEDS, PICU, Pre/Post. Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Day and Night Rotation This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. ~ State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). ~6 months of nursing (RN) experience. ~ Registered Nurse ~ BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care Emergency Department Fellowship: For those experience nurses who are new to the Emergency Department (ED) specialty, there are cohorted orientation programs to assist those who have a desire to pursue a nursing career in the ED. Orientation pivots on novice to expert theory and adult learning styles. Emergency Department: Direct care includes Emergency Department level of care up to and including level 1 trauma designation BCEN's certification standards are included in evidence based care models Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
