Snack Bar Attendant

Red Hawk Golf and Resort, located in Sparks, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Snack Attendants (David's Express)! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay: $13.00 per hour +tips

Responsibilities:

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner
• Processes snack bar purchases using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Is accountable for cash and check transactions
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items
• Makes and serves basic cocktails to guests
• Makes and serves coffee drinks to guests
• Maintains an organized and clean work area
• Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products
• Reports to the department manager when supplies need to be ordered
• Stocks and inventories products
• Responds to customer questions regarding general facility information
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management
• Performs other duties as required

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Barista and/or basic cocktail experience is helpful
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems is helpful
• Must be able to meet age requirements for serving alcohol and obtain an Alcohol Awareness card if hired
