Responsibilities Provide day-to-day compliance support to internal stakeholders, including property and asset management teams Review, assess, and assist in resolving compliance issues escalated across the organization, including remediation efforts Analyze compliance data and testing results to identify trends and areas of risk Draft, update, and distribute compliance policies, procedures, and related communications Develop and deliver training on company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices Evaluate compliance processes and internal controls to identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements Respond to regulatory, legal, and consumer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as needed Assist in the execution of the compliance monitoring and testing program, including control testing across internal policies, and applicable regulations Support vendor due diligence and third-party risk management processes, including risk assessments and control evaluations Support the ongoing development and strengthening of the Compliance Program Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, real estate operations, or a related field Experience in real estate property management, financial services, or other regulated environments preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis) preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams Professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment Benefits Competitive rate of pay and a generous benefits program Salary commensurate with experience Medical, Dental, life, vision, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance program Paid vacation time; paid sick time; paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Prime Group Holdings is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
