Together, they are committed to inspiring the soccer culture of Utah and creating lasting impressions one winning experience at a time.**SUMMARY:**Under the general supervision and guidance of the Senior Director of Event Operations and the Events & Concert Ops Mgr, the Operations Event Staff will dedicate time to the private club rentals and premium/plaza gameday operations of all events at America First Field, Sandy, UT.**This is a part-time position.****RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**· Manage tasks as assigned by Senior Director of Event Operations on gameday· Execute and abide by all MLS Locker Room Standardization protocols.· Ensure the duties given to you from the Events \* Concert Ops Mgr are completed.· Manage independent contractors hired as gameday operations staff.· Managing and organizing club event rentals throughout the year.· Assist and/or manage plaza operations on RSL and URFC gamedays· Assist with Auxiliary rentals of the stadium as assigned and when needed.· Assist in oversight of all locker rooms, officials’ spaces, team areas of the facility.· Other duties as assigned.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**· Ability to work well with a team.· Must be efficient and adaptable to changes.· Must have high-level of communication.· Ability to pass a background check.· Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules.· Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:**The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions.
