Kitchen - Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager - Lead Cook

$20 - $23 per hour

Farm Burger is Growing the Herd! Assistant Kitchen Manager position available: We are a neighborhood burger joint serving 100% grassfed burgers. Our chefs partner with local farmers and ranchers to create a menu grown by the community. Whether we're creating a burger topped with our pork belly or finding a creative way to use the season's produce, we bring our passion to the table. We are primarily a scratch kitchen, making our own sauces, real french fries, fresh grilled patties, and salads. We are in search of awesome people to join our team. Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year kitchen supervisory or lead line experience

Strong leadership skills and able to communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced

environment

Experience with inventory management software a plus

Familiarity of working with whole animals and off cuts a plus

Shift Availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: One location Typical start time: 9AM (day shift) 4pm (evening shift) Typical end time: 4pm (day shift) 9PM (evening shift) This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely: NO
