Position Overview North American Heroes Medical is a primary care Health and Wellness practice that specializes in concierge service for first responders, educators, and public servants. Responsibilities Under the supervision of an MD, perform patient assessment and data collection, interpret findings, and formulate treatment plans. Collaborate in the development and implementation of a plan of care based on patient needs throughout the patient’s course of care. Identify and implement strategies to meet the educational needs of the patient.
