Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator

We're partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to support high-impact project pursuits. This role will own the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that directly contribute to winning new business.

This is a highly visible position working cross-functionally with leadership, business development, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development (RFPs/RFQs), including planning, content coordination, writing/editing, and final production
• Partner with technical teams and leadership to create compelling, client-focused proposals and qualifications packages
• Develop interview presentations and support pursuit strategy for project wins
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and content workflows across multiple concurrent pursuits
• Ensure all materials are visually compelling and brand-compliant using Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, resumes, and project sheets
• Track upcoming opportunities and support overall marketing and pursuit efforts

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or pursuit coordination
• Proven experience managing proposals from start to finish
• Strong writing, editing, and visual layout skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and senior stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Cosential / Unanet CRM or similar tools is a plus
