In this dual-function role, you willbe responsible forcreating a welcoming environment at our front desk while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, professional communication, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Visitor Management: Greet andassistall guests, clients, and vendors in a professional, courteous manner. Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system, taking clear andaccuratemessages. Data Entry & Administrative Support Data Entry: Enter accounts payable invoicing in accounting software for payment. Digital Filing: Scan, organize, and file physical documents into digital storage system(Sharepoint.) Reporting:Assistin preparing regularly scheduled reports, accountreconciliations& serviceinvoices. Qualifications & Skills Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of anAssociate's or Bachelor'sdegree (BusinessAdministration or related field preferred). Technical Skills: ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office Suite(especially Excel andSharepoint) Typing Proficiency:Accurate typing skills Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. High levelof attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Working Conditions Hours:Typicallya part-time or full-time schedule (e.g., 20–40 hoursper week) during standard business hours.
