Sanitation AssociateLocation: Coralville, IA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Pay: $17.00/hourJob SummaryThe Sanitation Associate is responsible for keeping the warehouse, offices, and facility clean, safe, and organized.ResponsibilitiesSweep and clean the warehouse.Empty trash and maintain trash areas.Clean spills and damaged products.Clean warehouse aisles, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.Perform light maintenance (replace light bulbs, collect recycling, check coolers/freezers).Complete cleaning logs and reports.Maintain outdoor grounds and dumpster areas.Operate cleaning equipment, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous custodial or warehouse sanitation experience preferred.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Basic math and reading skills.Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.Physical RequirementsStand and walk for most of the shift.Frequently bend, squat, kneel, and reach.Occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs.Push and pull carts, pallet jacks, and cleaning equipment.Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
