Per Diem Occupational TherapistBerkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield is hiring per diem Occupational Therapists!Berkshire Rehab is a 57-bed, award-winning, all-male skilled nursing facility with a large veterans population. Hourly rate up to $50 an hour with weekly pay.As an Occupational Therapist, you provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload while also participating in the clinical team process.Education & Experience:Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.CEU's per state licensure requirements.Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained.New graduates welcome!Duties & Responsibilities:Screens patients/residentsEvaluates patients/residents and develops appropriate care plans.May perform additional assigned administrative duties such as: assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, assuring execution of physician orders, ordering supplies, etc.Under a physician's order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care.
