Total Spectrum is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians in Naperville, Illinois to help children with autism learn and grow through ABA therapy. Ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to work with children, a High School Diploma, and a compassionate attitude. This entry-level position offers flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM, with competitive pay starting at $20/hour.
