Quality InspectorTMC is seeking a Quality Inspector for a Packaging/Kitting facility in NW Houston to support activities in Production.1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Must be able to work overtime which may include extended hours or weekends.Responsibilities:Work closely with the inventory team and help to support auditsConducting audits to determine the quality of materials and finished productsPerform thorough examinations of all materials and finished productsConduct and report internal audits and evaluationsImplement and improve quality control operating proceduresIdentify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defectsIdentify areas of improvement to increase efficiencyParticipate in routine visual inspectionsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Previous work experience in quality control or other related fieldsAbility to take directionStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong math skills and comfortable with counting and verifying supplier lot material.Flexible to work overtime to include 10-12-hour shift and weekends when needed
