Technical Support Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a manufacturing client in Swedesboro, NJ hiring for a spare parts technical support specialist. This position will be supporting customers in their spare parts department with order processing and product information. Applicants with strong communication skills and a technical experience are encouraged to apply. Description Answering customer inquiries about spare parts and products Preparation of spare part quotations Taking orders from customers and processing through ERP system Following up on delivery times and order status Invoicing customer and updating account information Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings Keeping track of warranty parts to be returned Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Microsoft office Ability to read blueprints Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred Experience working with machines highly preferred Additional Details: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Fully on-site position Contract-to-hire Full benefits and 401K option Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 – $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
