Your Role

• Conduct standard and advanced laboratory testscovering areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing precise protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are well-maintained and calibrated.
• Assist with specimen collection and manage sample preparation as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and ensure lab quality standards are consistently met.
• Create a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected to be completed within your first year of employment.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your tenure.
