About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its well-established organization. The successful candidate will be an innovative and accomplished executive with a strong focus on the mission and values of the community. This role requires a highly visible, resident-focused, and influential leader who can anticipate and shape the future of the organization and the aging services sector. The CEO will be responsible for offering exceptional strategic and operational expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust, and leading the implementation of a Master Plan that includes the expansion and redesign of community infrastructure. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably within a mission-driven or service-oriented organization. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the industry, the ability to drive growth and innovation, and a commitment to the highest standards of service and excellence. A background in strategic planning, operational management, and a clear vision for the future of the organization are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in leading change, managing a diverse team, and building strong relationships both within the organization and with external stakeholders. A relevant advanced degree and/or professional certification is a plus.
