As a Loan Asset Management Analyst on Chatham's Investment Management team, you'll help bring structure and clarity to that complexity.Working alongside experienced advisors, you'll analyze commercial real estate loan agreements, organize critical financing information, and transform complex loan terms into structured data within Chatham's proprietary technology platform. Your work helps some of the world's largest institutional investors better understand their portfolios, monitor financing obligations, and make more informed investment decisions.This role is designed for someone starting out in their career who enjoys learning quickly and working with both financial data and legal documentation. You'll receive hands-on training while gaining exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate financing structures that few entry-level roles provide.
