Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic support to clients through mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual stressors, therapeutic goals, and customize mindfulness techniques to fit client-specific needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises and group workshops focused on stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience-building.

• Document client progress accurately, ensuring their treatment plans reflect their evolving goals and emerging challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and mental health service providers to integrate holistic approaches into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to practice in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in mindfulness practices; training in MBSR is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
