Residential Counselor

Description And Responsibilities As a Relief Counselor, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges, helping them live independently and achieve personal goals. Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead daily implementation. Assist individuals to access transportation. Implement activities that create opportunities for valued roles and community relationships. Review and complete all required documentation. Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission by providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe and inspiring atmosphere. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required. Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
