EDS Service Solutions is looking for friendly, smiling faces with good communication skills for mornings, evenings, and weekends to work as Instantly Return Agents.

Looking for a fun, friendly face to greet people returning their rental at our DFW Car Rental locations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.
• Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature
• Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary
• Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested
• Secure all vehicle keys
• May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle
• May be required to move vehicles
• May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Location: DFW Airport

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a driver license
• Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
• Must speak both English and Spanish

Pay Rate: $16/Weekly Pay!

Shifts Available: First and Second Shift

Signing Bonus for completing 60 days of full-time employment with no tardiest or absents.
