We are currently seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR/Payroll /Talent) (Experience 10-12 Years)

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and AMS activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure and maintain HCM modules including Workforce Structures, Payroll elements, Talent profiles, performance management, and succession planning.

• Manage payroll configurations including elements, balances, costing, and statutory compliance.

• Support data uploads using HDL/HSDL and assist in data validation and reconciliation.

• Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, BI reports, and custom developments.

• Handle incident management, service requests, and enhancements in line with SLAs.

• Support quarterly patch testing, impact analysis, and business communication.

• Provide functional guidance, user training, and documentation.
