The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), responsive email development, and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role will focus on building customer journeys, developing and maintaining email templates, implementing personalization, and supporting front-end enhancements within clients' custom CPQ platform. This is a 100% development role with no campaign management or marketing operations responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Adobe Journey Optimizer Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer. Build personalized customer experiences leveraging journey orchestration capabilities. Develop reusable content fragments, templates, and dynamic content components. Configure audience targeting and personalization rules. Troubleshoot journey execution, rendering issues, and content delivery problems. Collaborate closely with architects, marketers, and product teams to implement customer engagement solutions.
- Email Template Development: Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates within Adobe Journey Optimizer. Ensure cross-browser and cross-email client compatibility. Build reusable components and modular templates to support scalable campaign execution. Perform testing and quality assurance across devices and email platforms. Optimize email performance and maintain adherence to accessibility standards.
- Front-End Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Support front-end development efforts within client's custom CPQ application. Work closely with UX and product teams to implement user interface enhancements. Analyze and resolve front-end defects and usability issues.
