Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage complex drips, including Amiodarone and Heparin.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including hospitalists and intensivists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to provide prompt patient assessment and intervention.
• Float as needed to Tele or MedSurg units, upholding patient care standards.
• Participate in unit staffing meetings and adhere to self-scheduling guidelines.
• Conduct pre- and post-procedural care, including radial band management and groin checks.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license with the ability to submit licensing information promptly.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Experience with intermediate care unit operations and patient care acumen.
• Proficiency in interpreting telemetry strips and managing titratable drips.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting systems and intermediate care patient protocols.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
