We're growing our team and looking for skilled B and C level Automotive Technicians who take pride in doing the job right the first time.
The Role
As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles in a well-equipped, modern shop. Whether you're a C level tech looking to build your skills or a B level tech ready to take on more complex work, we'll support your growth with factory training and a clear path forward.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, and multi-point inspections
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using dealership diagnostic equipment
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications
- Document all work performed clearly on repair orders
- Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors
- Follow all safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized
- Stay current on Acura service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates
- Work collaboratively with the service team to keep the shop running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as an automotive technician (B or C level)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- ASE certifications preferred; Acura or Honda factory training a plus
- Own set of basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
