Job Requirements To join our team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

* At least 21 years of age

* A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years

* A valid Class A CDL

* Willingness to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90-days of hire

* No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years

* No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years

* No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations within the last 5 years

* No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months (including speeding 15+ mph over the limit, following too closely, improper passing, or a fatal CMV-related offense)

* No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

* No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years

Essential Job Functions:

Our drivers are expected to perform the following physical and operational tasks as part of the role:

* Open and close trailer doors (requires up to 46 lbs of force)

* Hook and unhook trailers (requires up to 90 lbs of force)

* Load, unload, or shift freight as needed (requires up to 54 lbs of force)

* Perform accurate freight counts and complete fuel tickets

* Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance

* Enter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers (from ground level)

* Drive for extended periods and sit upright for long durations

* Maintain regular and predictable attendance
